Professional Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support the Professional Services & Sales organization. As a critical member of our dynamic startup in the casino gaming and interactive gaming industry, the Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and successful delivery of projects across multiple casino properties. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and preferably has an understanding of day-to-day casino operations, promotional marketing or player development.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination:

  • Support the Professional Services & Sales team to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.

  • Monitor and track project progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.

Operational Support:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.

  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and casino property staff to ensure alignment and clarity on objectives.

Client Marketing Activities:

  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional marketing initiatives.

  • Leverage player development expertise to drive innovative campaigns and enhance customer engagement.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, serving as a trusted point of contact.

  • Create professional presentations to communicate key information, project updates, and strategies.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to improve efficiency.

  • Assist in developing and refining standard operating procedures to support the delivery function.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the casino gaming and interactive industry trends.

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of casino property operations, with experience in one or more of the following areas: promotional marketing, player development, or similar roles within the gaming industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
